1. A training of latest software “REVIT” in the field of Architecture, was conducted for the students. 2. A new launched software by Google was introduced to the students called GOOGLE SKETCH – UP. A very handy tool for architects and students as well. It is used for making 3 – D drawings and it also helps in showing sciography of all the building parts, presentation drawings with animations. 3. Prof. R.K. Sahu, IIT, Roorkee delivered a guest lecture on History of Ancient Indian Temple Architecture. 4. Prof. R.K. Jain, Former Head, Department of Architecture and Planning, IIT, Roorkee gave the special lecture on “Site Planning Principles”. 5. The demonstration of the latest software Archicad – was conducted for the students which enable them to draft their drawings quickly, accurately in 3-D.
